1. Delivery Policy

We will ship out the parcel within 3 working days after transaction completed.

2. Cancellation Policy

Customer can cancel the order if the product have not been shipped out. 

3. Refund Policy

Customer pay the postage if customer want a refund. A refund will be complete when product is check out to be in it original condition.

4. Shipping Policy

We are not responsible for any damage during transportation as we check and make sure that all our product and the parcel box before we send out to you. Shipping will take 1-2 weeks after the order is shipped, tracking number will be provided.
